ECC is an excellent place for parish picnics, vestry retreats, family reunions and other groups to gather. Our beautiful facility, natural surroundings, sacred space and warm hospitality offer a perfect location for prayer, reflection, worship, and celebration.

Overnight Accommodations

Main House Rooms: Rooms in the "Wing" are attached to the Main House, which has small rooms for breakout sessions, a larger meeting room, and our kitchen and dining room. Wing rooms vary in size and have one, two or three beds in each room. Shared bathrooms are located on each floor for guests. There are 28 beds in shared rooms in the Wing.

Cabins: ECC has several adult-friendly heated cabins with twin or full sized beds. There are also camper cabins with bunks, some of which are heated. All cabins have electricity but no plumbing. Guests make the short walk to the Main House. or Bathhouse to access the bathrooms. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • ECC is not available for bookings (day use or overnight) Thanksgiving week/weekend, mid-December - January, or mid June through Labor Day..

  • Minimum charge is for 15 people.

  • Our main house and dining room can comfortably serve adult groups with 42 people or less, and teen groups of 50 or less.

  • For reference only, the rate for 2 overnights with 6 meals is $220 per person.
