Grant House has three bedrooms: 1 queen, and 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each. Maximum occupancy allowed for overnight stay is 6 people. The open floor plan includes a small kitchen, kitchen table, and lovely living room area with a wood burning stove. A wrap around porch provides a lovely place to sit and enjoy fresh air. A short walk through the woods will bring you to the shores of Echo Lake. This house provides a sweet and cozy place to stay for those looking for a spiritual retreat, small group meeting or gathering, or a small trip away with family or friends. Renters should bring their own food for their stay.

Rates for Grant House:

  • $50/night for clergy canonically resident in RI                                                                                                  

  • $75/night for laity who are members of an Episcopal parish in RI                                                                  

  • $80/night for other families and individuals

  • $100/day for groups for day use 

PLEASE NOTE: Grant House is not available for rental Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving week/weekend, mid-December-January, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day weekend and mid June-August.
